My experience at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. Right from the start, we were given the wrong type of room and faced a number of maintenance issues. While the staff eventually found us a new room, it still had a terrible smell and a leaking air conditioning unit. The location is quite difficult to navigate, and the amenities were lacking. Overall, I believe there are much better options available for your stay in Chiang Mai.
